I would give zero stars if it was an option. Farcical service throughout, met Lee from day 1 he gave incorrect information about booking deposits, the current status of documents on the home i was putting an offer on. We were lead down a merry path for months, they didn't do a walk through of the property when we got the keys (6 painful months later) and even though it was requested the house be rid of old furniture and that wasn't done we were told we were lucky to have the keys. Avoid like the plague,Lee was so unhelpful throughout.

  • Auctioneera is Ireland's largest fixed fee estate agency. Unlike other estate agents, who charge a commission of the final sales price of a property, often amounting to several thousand Euro, we charge a low fixed fee. Since our foundation in 2018, we have sold over 2000 properties worth over a billion Euro. We estimate that our clients have collectively saved in the region of ten million Euro in unnecessary estate agency fees. We offer a no sale, no fee service whereby our fee is discharged from the proceeds of the sale of the property. For these reasons, we think we are the logical choice for selling property in Ireland.See more
