Our sales negotiator Lee Walsh was extremely helpful and honestly could not have been more accommodating.This is the second time we have had Lee sell our property and indeed the third time to have used Auctioneera.The overall price was considerably lower than elsewhere however we have a good deal of experience in using estate agents from both sides of the deal and Auctioneera is at least at an equal level and mostly above some other estate agents.I would be very happy to recommend Auctioneera on both costs and services.In summary the agency is good and the particular agent who we dealt with is exceptional
