Shameful and unprofessional

I have known the auction house that I have repeatedly bought from since they began years ago, and I have zero issues with this auction house. Usually, I buy a number of lots and I (beforehand) had arranged with the auction house a timeframe for which to pick up the items I am successful with. This was the second time I had bought from this auction house via Auctionet. Last Summer I bought 9 lots with no issues. The point here is that Auctionet must have me on their system from back then as being a dealer that buys a large number of lots from this auction house. This time over a period of 2-3 weeks I have bought 11 lots. Would have been more but the fact that the finishing dates of lots being different and wrong made me miss some.I started to get nasty E-Mails from Auctionet, regarding late payment, this while I had live bids still on the system, around 5 days after purchasing the first lot (5 lots at that time had been won). A bit miffed but trying to be agreeable I paid the part invoice for the first 5 items I had bought. A day or two later I got another E-Mail from them stating collection was late and threatening to impose a £5 per day per lot late fine for late pick-up or in this situation at this point £175 fine per week (as I have said I had an arrangent with the auction house in place already). I wrote to Auctionet and got a short response in Swedish, I think, (Auctionet is dealing in this case with a British auction house, along with other European auction houses on their books, and if professional would have responded in the language of origin of the querry/complaint). All they stated was for me to check the help section on their website?I contacted the auction house and they assured me not to worry and to ignore the threatening E-Mails from Auctionet.By the time I finished buying from the auction I had received four threatening E-Mails, each time the threats got worse and worse until the last one which also threatened kicking me off the site (once I get back from picking up they will not have to worry about that, it is them that does not come up to any acceptable standard). For the record I am the auction houses customer not Auctionet, Auctionet is just a vessel being used to make bids, not their place to break up a long lasting relationship I have had with this auction house. Also, what I observed was that on the auction catalogue page the ‘end time’ states one date but when you go into the listing it gives a different date. Very amateurish, and I missed lots because of this.In all I had to pay 3 staggered invoices for the same auction, despite each time having live bids still on the system. The bullying and aggressive behavior of Auctionet suggests to me that there are a lot of bids being placed on lots and these ‘ghost’ buyers do not pay afterwards. This means that genuine buyers on the site are being run up on the prices that they are paying, otherwise why get so threatening with genuine customers? In real terms I would usually spend 2-3 days on a traditional auction – I would not have missed lots because of their unprofessional system of end dates, there would have been no ‘ghost’ bids, one invoice at the end. Everywhere I go all the staff are helpful (some even offer me coffee/tea when I arrive to pick up), never, NEVER, any threatening and insulting behaviour. To buy 11 lots (plus disappointment on losing a few lots due to wrong end dates) taking around 2-3 weeks to achieve. Does not really add up, at least for me?I do not require Auctionet to reach out to me, I am afraid that boat has already sailed, I tried writing and got a disrespectful response if you remember. I am writing this review to inform others how diabolically unprofessional and suspect Auctionet operates and then it is up to the reader to decide. I have explained things accurately. I expect that the auction house in question and myself will remain good, my complaint is not about them. Auctionet is a system that is no good for trade buyers in my experience and many of their protocols I found highly suspect and questionable.
