I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. For one, I purchased a set of fairings from them for my rc51. Could hardly see the logos in the photos because they had a shaded background logo of their name all over the photo. I told them I wanted gloss black with white lettering. After a month, I get a confirmation photo of it. And I see terrible logos. I asked for a change. Willing to wait and pay. 2 emails within the 24 hours confirmation. They ignore me. Never got a reply. Got a reply a whole week later saying it shipped. I emailed again. They then say they shipped it before I could confirm. They flat out are liars. They’re lazy. They ignored me. Never again. I’d rather have a money back at this point. What kind of company are they? Stay away from them. Look at all the other nightmare reviews on here.
