Purchased fairings in January 2025, arrived mid-March 2025. Communication and details up until this point were fine.Once the fairings arrived is where all the problems began.The paint is so thin that in several spots across multiple fairing pieces the paint was already worn through to the plastic.Molding was bad in places and pieces wouldn't fit together, with a screw mounting point not even lining up. At this point I stopped attempting to install the pieces.I contacted Auctmarts with photos of all the issues, where they declared I should expect defects, even though they falsely advertise their parts are 100% as per OEM and of high quality.They refused to do anything apart from offer a partial refund.I disputed the transaction through PayPal where they only offered a partial refund of US$50 and when I continued to push for full refund. They eventually offered the full refund except on return of the fairings.Due to PayPal's ways of doing things, I have to pay for the return shipping for the defective and extremely poor quality item. Due to international shipping costs and postage companies limiting the size of items shipping to Hong Kong, it will actually cost me the majority of what the fairings cost to return.The fairings are an absolute scam with how bad of quality they are. Avoid at all costs.
