We visited on October 1 and October 18, 2025, excited to purchase a new 2025 Audi SQ5. Tariq was financially qualified and prepared to pay in full, but we were pressured for large wire transfers before even seeing pricing or financing terms.Sales representative Romani Oniani insisted on a credit check before a test drive. Steven Rubinchik never facilitated a proper finance discussion. John Palanca abandoned us for hours during what was supposed to be a signing appointment. And one representative — calling himself “Roger” — told us to “shop in Huntington” after seeing a ZIP code, which felt blatantly discriminatory.I had always associated Audi with professionalism and premium service. This experience was humiliating and deeply disappointing. I hope Audi Corporate investigates and holds this dealership accountable.
