After a comprehensive hearing test, I was initially given basic aids, as I hadn’t needed help before. After a couple of months, I found them comfortable but a bit harsh. On a follow-up visit, I was allowed to try different brands and chose the Oticon Intent 1. I am very satisfied with their sound quality and comfort. I highly recommend this service.
