Kept in contact regarding ordering and shipment of parts to me, the came to my house on a Saturday morning to do the job.He was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and answered all of my (I'm sure annoying) questions, even unlocking a couple of other features.When the job was finished, he went through everything in detail, explaining how the various items now work, and checking I was completely happy with the jobs he had performed.I've got 2 retrofits left to get done (Memory seats, and ambient lighting), and there is only 1 person I'll be contacting, as both the quality of his work, and his focus on exceeding his client's expectations are unmatched.
