I placed an order with a seller. It took more than a month to arrive, but that's not what upset me the most. My tracking kept disappearing. When it finally showed up again, it said my package was out for delivery, but I never received it. It claimed the package was dropped off at a pickup point, but I was never told where that was. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with a service. They don't respond to emails and provide no help at all. I'm reporting them to the relevant authorities and they don't even deserve one star.
