It is hillarious to pay a fee for that. And on top another fee for using paypal as payment method. A base refill amount of 50,-€ was booked and (as it was in the past with other sites) this should be it. Nonesense to add anything for doing smth simple online b/c the shops are closed on bank holidays or Sundays and ppl in need want to refill their phones.... Whatever, it was a one time experience for me.
