I was one of the first to support August when they began in 2014.And slowly since then they’ve declined customer service wise(probably since Yale bought them)All they offer now is a 20% discount to buy their subpar expensive products when their products fail and are out of warranty.If they don’t want to retain customers, their brand is gonna die.I’m looking elsewhere to replace my august lock products…
