I believe the rating should be much lower than one star. I encountered numerous issues with an auction item, including receiving a damaged bag that was misrepresented. Despite numerous attempts to communicate and return the item, I faced delays and unhelpful responses. Even after confirming the bag was damaged, the refund process has been excessively slow, and I have yet to receive my money back. I cannot recommend this auction house due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.
