We have been extremely satisfied with the assistance we have received from the service. This was our first experience with an au pair, and our area representative has been an incredible source of support. I love my new Family (rematch).I would love to rate family’s and give them stars (how they treat you, honesty, …), so that other AuPairs know if it is a great family or not. I also felt a little bit disappointed in the program because the area director was more for the family and on their side than on my. I felt that I was on my own.
