⭐️ **1 Star****Extremely disappointing after 8 years**After 8 years with Au Pair In America, we were shocked by how poorly we were treated. An au pair asked for a rematch after telling us we were “too American,” waited until after a major vacation to do so, and then refused to continue watching our children. Instead of helping us reconcile the situation or supporting us as a long-standing host family with a stellar track record, the agency simply removed us from the program and refused to allow us to find a rematch.We expected professionalism and support, especially after years of commitment to their program. Unfortunately, Au Pair In America failed us when we needed them most. I would strongly caution any family considering this agency.
