The payment is not meeting the minimum per hour by state and some families excuse their wrong behavior behind "you are leaving in my house and I'm paying you". The whole program is promoted as the best exchange experience when lots of au pair are not even able to enjoy their free time because of very strict families that not respect boundaries or people.**I worked as an au pair in 2019-2021
