This agency is one of the worst for Au pairs. They don't care about families or Au pairs, only about money and rematches. Even if the Au pair is endangering your child, you have to house them while they do nothing but stare at their phone until you find a replacement AND you have to pay them and feed them while they are doing nothing at all for you. The agency provides no support and is inept at vetting Au pairs. The Au pairs lie about driving, experience with kids and more, the agency doesn't care or support you as a host family. I do not recommend this agency. Please avoid them if you care about your sanity, home, and kids.
