I chose a 12-month payment plan, which I can cancel anytime if needed. Everything was clear and transparent. After a week, our funeral plan arrived. Informing our children was a relief, knowing everything is settled and they won’t have to deal with the arrangements or costs.
It was refreshing to speak with someone rather than just filling out an online form. The pricing was reasonable, and I opted for the simplest plan, which is just cremation. I didn’t give 5 stars as I’m still alive and won’t see how everything unfolds.
