I was promised one free crystal a month for a shipping fee of $13.95. Instead, I was charged over $26 for shipping on one crystal. When I contacted customer service to cancel and request a refund, they claimed to have sent an email about a price increase due to rapid growth, which I never received. They offered a reduced shipping rate, but I felt it was misleading. After expressing my intent to dispute the charge and leave negative feedback, they finally canceled my subscription and initiated a refund. I'm still leaving negative reviews everywhere; this is unacceptable.
