I was delighted with how easy the staff made the process, from payment all the way to comfort on the day. Very helpful with everything and so informative - always on the end of the phone. There were no questions left unanswered and I felt as though I was in very safe hands. Such a lovely team! As for the surgery - there was great pre and after care. Having had a bad experience (elsewhere) beforehand, the very obvious professionalism was great! The whole process was outlined and I was given great instructions as to what I needed to do myself post surgery to be pain free. Would highly recommend
