This platform is not reliable. I made a purchase, and they charged me twice for the same item at different prices. I tried to escalate the issue, but no one has replied to my escalation since November 24. Additionally, the tracking information shows that the item was delivered from overseas to Los Angeles in September, which is before I made my purchase on November 24.
