I had been researching for a few years before getting their UV/Led light. I decided to try their latest model 3.0. nowhere does it say you have to be 4-6" from the clients face, with this small light attached to your glasses. I tried using, and found it to be extremely difficult to get this close, and it caused me back pain. Also, none of the lashes stayed on the client. I reached out a week later (after receiving) asking to please exchange for a floor model which would be easier on my back. They would respond only ones a day or not at all and didn't tell me until a week of correspondence that their policy says they won't return or exchange. If I would have read the online description that I had to be so close, I would not have purchased, but you don't find out until you pay for training etc. They completely stopped responding to me. After speaking to many others, they agreed that their reviews are fake, and that no company has that high of a rating. Especially because there are so many people who have had terrible experiences like myself, that I have now spoken to. Even TP has fake reviews. I didn't think that was possible, because it kinda defeats the purpose for people to get honest reviews about a company. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company as they are the absolute worst I have experienced. They will take your money and run. Disgusting.
