Over $700 GONE from a company I’ve never heard of!

I am in shock that I just discovered I have over $700 in charges from this company that I have NEVER heard of before. My husband happened to be doing a monthly check of our account and happened to see a charge and asked me if I knew what it was. I had no idea. After a quick google search I quickly discovered I am not the only one this is happening to except I have never heard of this company before. My bank has an app that we are able to see reoccurring charges and shockingly this has never popped up before. Why? Because they charge different days every single month and different amounts! I’ve been charged anywhere from $30/ month to $60 and $90. I cannot believe this! I’ve messaged their support email in hopes I’ll get a response and my money that is rightfully mine back!
