I have had the same issue as many others. I bought a pair of Taylor Swift pajamas for my niece in November and did not receive them for many many weeks later. I had no idea I was being charged 29.99 every couple of weeks for an VIP membership until yesterday when I reviewed my credit card account. I have been charged at least 9 times since January. Please refund all of my money and cancel this membership that I never agreed to.
