I writing this in the hope it will help other online shoppers. My original order number was ANB#19797. The vendor can find my name and information from that. I’ve called, left messages and opened up a support ticket on December the 22nd. They did response about this original order from Dec 10th not the 29.99 charge that happened later. I don’t believe this is a legit business. I was almost convinced it was. I requested an order online December 10th and didn’t receive a response and tried contacting them for days via their support email, online chat and phone number. Finally after days calling and messaging them to my surprise they eventually emailed me that my order was canceled and they did refund the money. I thought the problem was solved. Then two weeks later on December 22, they randomly charged my card for a different amount. I attempted again to contact them in multiple ways letting them know this was an unauthorized charge and fraud. I contacted my credit card company on the 22nd and couldn’t dispute the charge until it was processed I kept trying to contact AURELLE AND BLOOM hoping they would acknowledge it was a mistake but no response. Well today the change was processed and I filed a claim. Unfortunately this means my credit card had to be canceled. Their items look really cute but as I researched more after the fact (lesson learned) I’ve read these are possibly pictures taken from other sites. Next time I’ll do more research before being blinded by the fact they posted cute Taylor Swift pajamas my niece would love.
