If I could leave zero stars I would. I attempted a purchase which I was charged, but never received confirmation. Then I attempted to call multiple hours of the day, no one ever answered. I left messages, I emailed and I left message directly on the website. I have yet to be contacted. Also, they attempted to charge me for the attempted purchase and then 10 days later another charge. I have had to file fraudulent charges with my bank. DO NOT order from Aurelle and Bloom!! They will take you card information and charge whatever they want without providing product and they REFUSE to respond to any inquiries!!UpdateSince writing this review, I have NOW received a response from Aurelle and Bloom stating my email is not associated with an order. If that is the case, then how was I charged twice by Aurelle and Bloom. This company charged my account twice fraudulently and is now saying my email is not associated with a purchase. I believe that is how Aurelle and Bloom fraudulently charge your card. You attempt to put in an order and it declines, but they then gain access to your credit account and then continue to charge.Update: since my email is not associated with and order according to Aurelle and Bloom, the information they are requesting is my card information. Which I will not provide over email. I have requested they call me.
