On 12/2, I ordered a Swiftie Piano Calendar as an Xmas gift. Aurelle and Bloom had been advertised all over social media and the product was cute. I opted into the 6-7 day shipping option and paid $29.74 (order ANB5228). As of 12/22 there is no shipping information available, and when I call their phone number it doesn't even ring; just a prompt that says no support agents are available.Additionally, and the main point of my complaint, is 12 days later my credit card was charged $29.99 for a "VIP Membership." I saw later as I scrolled to the very bottom of the order confirmation email that I had been opted into their membership and that $29.99 would be charged 12 days after the first purchase date, and then every month after. I NEVER consented to be a part of this membership program, and at this rate, I will never be purchasing another item from this company. On 12/18 I messaged them via their Contact Form on their website asking for 3 things:1. At a minimum, cancel my membership on a go-forward basis2. Ideally, retro the cancellation back to 12/2 to refund the original charge given I never opted into this3. Cancel the order for the Swiftie Piano as all things indicate it hasn't even shipped and the gift is no longer needed.I didn't get a confirmation email of my outreach, so on Friday 12/20, I emailed them directly at their support email with the same request. I don't expect a reply to either outreach especially since their phone number is unreachable. I also recently noticed their confirmation email is signed "The Patriot Pros Network Team" and when I search that company, they have the exact same membership policy and horrible reviews about people being auto opted in without awareness. I'm hoping this review can help settle this. These type of scams are awful and should not be advertised on social media. To compound matters, when they did reply to my review (above) Aurelle and Bloom shared their canned response of, we can't locate your account, please email our support email with details. Had they read this review in full, they would have realized I DID email them on 12/20 after never getting a reply when I filled out their Contact Us form on their website. Aurelle and Bloom has my contact information, they have my order number (also included above), and they have voicemails from me personally requesting this be resolved. I will reiterate (as their reply to this review was useless), that at a minimum, I want my membership to be cancelled and never billed by their company again. Otherwise I'll be forced to seek legal action.
