Fast shipping! I can definitely tell the difference from when I wear them compared to when I don't wear them. My feet and legs don't feel as tired after wearing them in some of my shoes. On days I don't wear them I can feel it in my calves that they are a little tight. Unused to have some foot pain after playing basketball but after replacing my insoles with these I notice I don't get that foot pain anymore.Thin and doesn't change the fit of the shoe.
