We requested to rent a car on 12 November and paid an advance of £250. However, when we arrived to collect the vehicle, they refused to provide it due to a license issue. While we understand their terms, we have been pursuing a refund since that date. Initially, they did not respond to our emails, and now, despite their replies, we have yet to receive any refund. We are still awaiting the refund and request that it be processed immediately, as we have been following up daily.
