Aurzen projector was the first projector with plenty of ifs and buts. All these questions were sorted out with help of Monica ( customer care agent ) who promptly supported all my questions and gestured me with discount offer which i missed since i bought from amazon. Projector was amazing and our family enjoying cinema night without issues. Only drawback is hdmi arc functionality is not working with netflix and prime video. Rest all great.
