The staff in the post office are great; very helpful and endlessly patient. Also the mailman on the ground. However many of their delivery drivers don't even try to deliver my package. They just look at the front stairs, and can't be bothered to walk up to leave the parcel in a "safe place", which is the foyer. I would never use their parcel 'delivery' service by choice.
