Had parcel flagged as delivered but nothing had been received. When I question this with the poor excuse for a company they quickly replied with a photo providing proof of delivery - the only issue is the photo was not of my front door. Now they claim it is the sender's fault for putting the wrong address & have washed their hands of it. This could be plausible had it not been that this is the 7th time this exact issue has happened. Guess it's my fault for buying from a company that uses 3rd world services of australia post - this has never happened from any other reputable courier company
