I purchased a dress for 53.96 plus postage. I received a garment which were very very poor quality. A poor copy of the advertised product. I contacted the company and was offered a range of compensations. I chose to return with full refund minus postage costs. Up to this point the company accepted the agreement with refund upon receipt of goods. I emailed tracking details to the company.I have received an email stating customs are the reason for the hold up so i am still waiting for the refund
