They completely mislabel and mislead customers and then refuse to take responsibility for it. I purchased what was clearly advertised as 100% linen dress and what I received was 100% polyester. It is nothing like what was advertised. I have requested a refund and been told I have to pay return postage. What a joke when I have been totally misled into purchasing something I didn't want. If I could leave zero stars I would. I am pushing back hard but as I now find out they are based in China and have no Aussie affiliations. I should have done my homework before I purchased.
