If I could give a zero I would! Terrible company, not Australian as they portray to be but it’s a Chinese company. The headphones I purchased for $60 are cheap plastic ones that look like dress up toys that you could buy from a $2 shop. When I emailed wanting to return them, I was sent a form and advised at my cost they needed to be sent to China. Clearly the cost to send these back is the deterrent the company is hoping for..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
