Its not very often that a company has a wonderful product and outstanding customer service. My son doesn't talk to me at all. I sent him a bracelet to let him know I love him. I never dreamt in a million years that he would text me to thank me for the gift, with a heart emoji. I am so grateful to this company for having a sentimental item that touched my heart and in turn touched my sons. The wonderful staff asked me if the gift was received. I told them my story and that at the time I didn't know. The reply I received was heartfelt and truly stood out as exemplary customer service plus more.When I told them I had a reply from my son they were truly happy for me. I can't speak highly enough of the entire business as a whole. I truly trust this company, their products and the customer service people that are outstanding!
