I had the worst experience with Australian Evolution. I ordered a mask for $70, and the delivery took far too long. When it finally arrived, the package had been left unattended and was all squished. After only a short time of use, the item completely stopped working. To make things worse, I later found the exact same mask on Shein for only $22. I tried to contact them, but they stopped answering my emails. Now I’m logging a claim through PayPal just to get my money back — such a pain. Completely overcharged, faulty product, poor service, and terrible customer support. Definitely not recommended.
