They get you in with their sales team and then you don't hear a peep when you need any help. In addition to this, the grants that they claim are available are all available through the government websites.They slam you with a $380 fee, offer no support and the grants that they suggest are available are not.I run a gardening/landscaping business. They said that there were grants available for equipment, marketing etc. and I have found nothing.I asked for a refund and they told me it was not possible. Next step, ASIC and Consumer Affairs. Don't be afraid to lodge. Enough complaints, and an action will be taken.Don't give them your money. Their website also claims (under the support tab) that they have too many enquiries and might not get to your issue.
