Dodgy, they wanted to take $390 off me over the phone before they would even send out any info. Then I saw some of the reviews here by people who have been caught out. BEWARE!Their facebook page is dodgy too, it looks like there's activity there at first glance but if you look carefully you can see the comments are from international posters. Kenya, PNG etc.Read the ACCC sites warning about these types of schemes first, before paying anyone to assist with grants, do a google search for: accc grants assist scams
