I bought 2 properties now with APS, first property was in WA which I will say has done well, however I waited almost 8 months from when I signed up with APS again, till they presented me with a property and this was after multiple follow up emails.Sam recently had a guy on his podcast who said he purchased 12 properties in 12 months which shocked me I had to wait so long.. just to add my price range was between 500-600 thousand range which should standard be a standard range to source a deal.Once an APS buyers agents source you a property you are then passed onto the agents secreatary from this point onwards( who i will say are usually very helpfull)As a honest feedback review these guys are good at what they do, but seem to take on to many clients and are notoriously hard to get into contact with. Most other buyers agencies are looking and buying in the exact same areas as APS, and APS fees are more expensive.
