We were a group of 5 travelling back from a ski trip, when we were offered a compensation for going the next day, because they had overbooked the flight. We accepted. Then they said it was actually only 3 they had overbooked, so we would only get compensation for. We said we did not want the deal then, and would like to board. This was denied. They were lying a lot afterwards. A really bad experience.
