I was brought onto Authorify in Septmember 2025, paying $538.92 monthly. It took them a while to get me setup. Micheal brought me on then handed me over to Kyle saying he would be my contact from this point on. I was promised to get leads from this program and Facebook advertising. I did get facebook advertising, but it was not the best to say the least. No leads at this point. About 2 months in, Kyle said he was leaving the company and starting his own company. I was concerned and told him I had already signed up with Authorify, he said it's no big deal trust him, he's got it all worked out. I asked him about the monthly fee, he said I no longer had to pay Authorify and that he would take care of all the paperwork on his end. He then offered me a special for three months. I agreed thinking Kyle had his business together, wired Kyle the money under his wifes name. Kyle worked on my facebook adds, they still weren't the best but I was trying to give him the best shot I could. After the 3 month period was up with Kyle I told him business was slow and I wanted to hold off for a while, he said he could drop the price, 4 month for $889.00, I again reminded him, business was slow and I wanteds to hold off on added right now. One big reason was because I got no leads and the added were not up to my standards. Wouldn't you know about 4 days after I sent the text to Kyle, I get a draft from Authorify for $499.00.
This is very unacceptable business practices. I want a refund of all my money.
Oh and by the way, I never heard a word from Authorify while all this was happening.
