Communication was fast, staff were friendly and professional, and honest about the timeline. They not only didn't rush the process but found a way to be efficient without sacrificing attention to detail.My editor really went the extra mile to work with me on streamlining my plot and smoothing out pacing concerns without losing that distinctive voice of mine.
