Lies from the start to the end. First of all, staff are not using their correct names. All Asian employees using English names. Staff didn't listen to me. I had to do story editing myself and rearrange the position of illustrations. I was charged £1,499.00 for a package that was not only overpriced but unnecessary. I was told to create an account on Ingramspark as a self published author so this left me confused. I later discovered I could have published my book myself via Ingramspark anyway. Staff seemed nice at the beginning then changed once I paid total costs. I was told that both Bracken and Youha has been fired following an internal investigation where many issues were found including complaints from customers (may not be true). I was then told my book could become a 'bestseller' and it would only cost me a mere £10,000. Not all bad I would say, my book was eventually published after many months of frustration. I gave up, felt tired of fighting and my book was published without capturing my full vision. I was never offered a copy of my book before publication, the words were way too small to read. My family and friends purchased some of the first copies which had the incorrect font size. I asked the team to provide copies to compensate buyers, they refused as i was not coming through with £10,000. PLEASE don't be in a rush to purchase expensive packages from publishers, do thorough research and speak to other authors on social media first. I have since been able to give advice and discouraged friends and colleagues from publishing with Authors Solution USA and UK. I have learned valuable lessons from this experience. It was a true eye opener. Never again!!
