I want to share my recent experience with this service, which I cannot recommend. Initially, a representative was responsive and helpful. However, that was the highlight of the service. The collection process was a nightmare, filled with broken promises, which is unacceptable for a purchase over £70,000. If you want poor after-sales service and rude staff, this is the place for you. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. The service was unprofessional and ruined my experience entirely. I will not return.
