I want to share my recent experience with the service, which I cannot recommend. Initially, a representative was helpful and responsive, but that was the peak of their service. The collection process was a complete disaster, filled with broken promises, which is unacceptable for a purchase over £70,000. If you want poor after-sales support and rude staff, this service is for you. I would have given it 0 stars if possible. The service was unprofessional and ruined my experience. I will not use their services again.
