Reported a flat tyre at 15.35 and was told that mechanic would be with me by 16.40. Three people rang me to ask if mechanic had arrived but they didn't arrive until 18.10.Luckily, I was at home and not stranded.Promised that 'Customer Care' would ring me to discuss my experience - needless to say they didn't. Have cancelled auto-renewal and won't use them again. Also surcharge of £25 as car is more than 10 years old. No idea how age of car is of relevance to a puncture.
