Appalling.1Appalling. My wife called for recovery due to a gearbox/clutch problem - unable to change gear when moving at any speed. She explained her concern about trying to drive home safely, some two hours away, including motorway traffic. Local technician took the car round the block and declared no fault. My wife was left to nurse the car home, pulling over to change gear. Could easily have caused an accident! Complaint rejected by both Auto Aid and Right Choice Insurance Brokers - both dismiss the importance of the safety issue reported at the outset. We will be taking further advice. Avoid.
