Took out the policy to start in a couple of weeks, got the details through and read the terms and conditions, didn’t like the T’s&C’s so, as in the 14 day cooling off period I rang to cancel. The charge to cancel (while in the 14 day cooling off period off, and before the cover started) was £25!I was stunned, lady on phone said you should’ve read the terms before taking out the policyShe’s right, but I didn’t, so review is more a recommendation to check the docs before paying.
