I had AutoAid for some 20 years and not needed them. But today I had a blown caravan tyre some 200 miles from home. Ok, I had a spare. The recovery guy was quick, polite and very helpful. But what impressed me most was the way AutoAid contacted me every 15 minutes or so to ensure I was safe and check progress of the recovery team. First class. Then, just 9 miles from home a second caravan puncture, but this time no spare tyre as it was already in use. A recovery truck was with me in 45 minutes and the caravan was safely delivered home.
