In my honest opinion I had no clue how to to do BPO and to even start ,but once I started the videos that was provided gave me instant value. Within 2 weeks I start booking calls with mentors and actually landed my first client in sterling pounds. I was able to get the help I needed from a mentor that made time for late night calls for those that had 9 to 5 jobs. The community is extremely motivating with daily wins posted of projects it is impossible not to feel motivated. I have landed my third client and I’m just 2 months in.
